Which edition should I choose?

The ebook is instant and the most affordable. The paperback is the everyday reading copy. The hardcover is made to last on your shelf. Prices are on the books page.

What is the difference between Amazon and Lulu?

Both sell the paperback and hardcover. Amazon is usually faster. Lulu has fewer print locations, so it takes longer to arrive. In return the print is slightly nicer and it supports me a little more directly.
